Process Serving in South Jersey

Under New Jersey Court Rule 4:4-3, papers may be served by any competent adult who has no direct interest in the case. I make each attempt at the address you provide, record the date, time and details, and complete the proof of service.

Process serving starts at $75. Additional attempts, rush service and difficult serves are quoted in advance.

Fees

Process Serving: From $75.

New Jersey sets the notarial fee at $2.50 per notarial act ($15 flat for a real estate transfer; $25 flat for a real estate financing) under N.J.A.C. 17:50-1.18. My travel fee is a separate charge for coming to you and is quoted before the appointment.

All fees are agreed upon during the booking process. A 10% deposit is due at booking to reserve your appointment. It is applied to your total at the appointment.
