Loan Signing Agent for South Jersey Closings
I serve title companies, lenders, signing services and borrowers across Burlington, Camden and Mercer counties.
I print the package, meet the borrowers at the time and place you set, and present each page for signature in order. I check every signature, initial and date before the package leaves the table, then return it as instructed.
Signings are available evenings and weekends at no additional charge. Loan signings start at $150. The State fee for all mortgagor acts in one real estate financing is $25.

As a notary signing agent I witness and notarize signatures and return the package. I do not explain the legal effect of loan documents; questions go to your lender, title company or attorney.
Please bring a government-issued photo ID that is current or expired no more than three years.
Fees
Loan Signing Agent: From $150 per signing.
New Jersey sets the notarial fee at $2.50 per notarial act ($15 flat for a real estate transfer; $25 flat for a real estate financing) under N.J.A.C. 17:50-1.18. My travel fee is a separate charge for coming to you and is quoted before the appointment.
All fees are agreed upon during the booking process. A 10% deposit is due at booking to reserve your appointment. It is applied to your total at the appointment.
