I notarize the signatures on wills, trusts, powers of attorney and health care directives prepared by you or your attorney. When your documents call for witnesses, I arrange them for $35 each.
The estate-planning signing package starts at $185 and covers one visit for the full set of documents.

Please bring a government-issued photo ID that is current or expired no more than three years.
Fees
Estate-Planning Notarization: Package from $185 · witnesses $35 each.
New Jersey sets the notarial fee at $2.50 per notarial act ($15 flat for a real estate transfer; $25 flat for a real estate financing) under N.J.A.C. 17:50-1.18. My travel fee is a separate charge for coming to you and is quoted before the appointment.
All fees are agreed upon during the booking process. A 10% deposit is due at booking to reserve your appointment. It is applied to your total at the appointment.
