Field Inspections for Lenders and Insurers
I complete field inspections for mortgage servicers, lenders, insurers and property managers across South Jersey.
Each inspection follows your form and photo requirements. I record the property's condition and occupancy, take date-stamped photographs and submit the report through your portal or by email.
Field inspections are quoted on request according to location, scope and turnaround.

Fees

New Jersey sets the notarial fee at $2.50 per notarial act ($15 flat for a real estate transfer; $25 flat for a real estate financing) under N.J.A.C. 17:50-1.18. My travel fee is a separate charge for coming to you and is quoted before the appointment.
All fees are agreed upon during the booking process. A 10% deposit is due at booking to reserve your appointment. It is applied to your total at the appointment.
