Form I-9 Authorized Representative
Hiring an employee who works away from your office? I meet your new employee in person, examine the original identity and employment documents, and complete Section 2 for your company.
Your employer sends the form and instructions. I examine the documents the employee presents, complete Section 2 and return the form as your employer directs.
Appointments are available 24 hours a day, so your employee can meet me before or after work.

When I complete Form I-9 Section 2 as your employer's authorized representative I am not acting as a notary and no notary seal is applied.
Fees
Form I-9 Representative: From $50.
New Jersey sets the notarial fee at $2.50 per notarial act ($15 flat for a real estate transfer; $25 flat for a real estate financing) under N.J.A.C. 17:50-1.18. My travel fee is a separate charge for coming to you and is quoted before the appointment.
All fees are agreed upon during the booking process. A 10% deposit is due at booking to reserve your appointment. It is applied to your total at the appointment.
